Anyone know the speech name for the tour guide woman who talks about the landmarks as you go along? Want to implement them into my mod but cant find them anywhere.

Maybe its specific to the model. You can try getting the tour guide woman's model and then get all speeches associated with that model. Usually all speeches are in a single file with multiple instances like ambient chat, phone call, angry etc.
