ManualTransmission Crashes my Game, Specifically Gears.asi HELP MY FAVOURITE MOD!

Trouble with this mod after 5+ years of no issues. After updating to the latest version of the Game & the Mod, my GTA crashes on loading when I add Gears.asi to my folder. Even when I try to switch to the older version same issue. I'm guessing it's conflicting with some other mod. Does anybody have any ideas?
