Using AI to fix Mod issues after update

After replacing dinput8.dll with one I made myself and after reformatting my hard drive twice and reinstalling Windows and then reinstalling Steam and finally GTA 5 eight times, all without any luck or success, I decided to go the AI route.

This fixed my issues. I hope it can help others. AI is the future folks.
