Extended Video Export not working

I installed Extended Video Export because I'm trying to get better quality videos than those output by the base Rockstar Exporter.
However, I'm having an issue where the videos that are exported to the video specified are black screens with just the game sound.
Also, for whatever reason, whenever I launch GTA V with EVE, my C: drive loses space? I have 18GB free, but if I launch GTA, that number will go down to 9GB, and then turning GTA V off will bring it back up to 18GB.
Any and all help is appreciated!

@MRDotted I recommend using obs studio to record the edit in any quality you want, it is much easier, then just edit, cutting out the parts where the rockstar editor is still loading.
