[SOLVED] ERR_GFX_D3D_SWAPCHAIN_ALLOC_2

This is what I get when I try to start GTA V. It says to install latest DX runtime or install a compatible graphics card, but when I try to update runtime, the setup says that I have the latest runtime installed already.
Other games run fine.

@Kwebbl Huh, weird. I deleted the settings.xml and GTA V is working again. I haven't touched it in days.
