Stored purchased vehicles always black(SP Mode)

Hey everyone,
I have noticed for a while now that your stored vehicles(aircraft, boats and etc) are always spawning black. Planes that should spawn always white, like the dodo seaplane are now always black. It wasn't like this previously some time ago. I'm curious if this happens to anyone else. This happens at the boat dock, helipad and hangars where purchased vehicles are stored.
This is extremely annoying and its just something else that R* broke in an online update. If anyone knows whats causing this and how to fix it, please let me know!
In the meantime, can someone else verify that this is happening to them as well and its not just my game? Any response would be appreciated.
