Animation Turbo and Belt

Hello, I am desperately making this post because I have tried everything.
I took the Savestra turbos, only the left turbo is spinning and the right one is frozen, nothing works on the right side and the same for the timing belts.
Anyone know why ? I want to add 2 turbos on another car but nothing to do.
