[MISC] Vaporwave/Synthwave Sunset Style Skybox

I have searched the forums and the mod site, as well as Googled elsewhere, and have not found such a mod, I have found upscaled and 4k retextures. But what I am looking for is as the title suggests, a skybox replacement with an nimated vaporwave/synthwave style skybox. And if possible to replace the top ocean restore such as waves to blueish wire framed waves.
