How can I play GTA Online AND use FiveM Graphics mods at the same time?

I'm thinking about installing Natural Vision Remastered for FiveM, but the last time I installed a graphics mod, I couldn't play GTA Online because it was a modified version. How can I play GTA Online AND use FiveM Graphics mods at the same time?

To play GTAO, simply (temporarily) rename dinput8.dll in your root folder to dinput8.bak.
This will disable your mods, allowing you to play GTAO.

FiveM mods are not compatible, without tweaking, with GTA 5 Single Player.
