it depends on your system specs, and if you have other MLOs/Houses near the Malibu Mansion. If you have spawned 11 high polygon, high resolution textures, cars...that can definitely cause instability.
Lots of factors go into crashing a game and similarly lots of tweaking needs to be done to ensure stability.
You really haven't provided enough information.

@JohnFromGWN
my bad ill try do better. the only house i have is the on the whole map is the malibu mansion and ill give you some of my pc specs.
GPU: Nvidia geforce gtx 1660 ti
CPU: intel core i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz
RAM: 32 gigs of ram
i guess those are the important ones but if you want i could give you like a full list.
do you think it has anything to do with the LSLife mod btw?

@MalleDalle8 That's part of the equation. But your hardware and software are just the starting point. You next have to look at what mods are installed, what scripts are installed, do they play nice together....and most of all do you have all the essential files for modding installed, and installed properly.
This might help. You need patience, but you'll be an expert afterwards. This is the process I personally follow and it is 100% foolproof.
