Need Help with my GTAV it was working fine UNTIL

GTA 5 was working A1 until i downloaded cross county callouts on LSPDFR game crashed after that so i deleted the mod and i think i deleted something i shouldn't have and now i cant play at all. I Deleted and re downloaded already PLEASE HELP its probably something simple.
