Getting err_fil_pack_3 due to something in my mods folder

I'm running GTA V on the latest update with mods. I keep getting error err_fil_pack_3 and I narrowed it down to something in the mods folder but I cannot figure out what it is. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

@iSolarz You need to do solve this by elimination.
Start with the weapons limit adjuster mod which failed to load and any weapons or mods which had it as dependencies.
If that doesn't work, temporarily remove dlclist.xml entries or comment them out.
Could also be a weapon which you replaced rather than dlc addon.
Don't reinstall your game if it runs without mods.
Do a verify integrity if you did replacements in the game folder itself, for weapons as an example since that asi failed.
