lowriders are not working

ill try explaining this as clearly as possible. and yes I do have the mod that allows multiplayer cars into single player but some of the low-riders like the custom tornado and a few others, the customization options don't work and don't even show up on the mod menu and I've tried other mod menus. if you guys have any idea on how to fix this ill be very grateful, also if you have any questions please comment them and ill try to answer them.
