I see my Ped modder but the other players see another Ped

Hello to all

I replaced an original male Ped "ig_barry" by a Ped modder (Christiano ronaldo), on gta 5 online when I spawn ig_barry it's Christiano ronaldo that appears.

But there is only me who sees "Christiano ronaldo" the other players see "ig_barry"

Do you know why? How to solve this problem?
