NPC won't go to direction in single player

Hi everyone.
I've got a problem.
I'm playing single player with a few mods ie.
Naturalvision Remastered
Speedometer
Open all interiors
Bank heists
And a 330 car pack and the problem is that i can't progress in game because I'm stuck on life invader mission. The NPC - Rickie, that Michael talks with in the scene won't move to the office. He stands just after entering the building.Can anyone help me?

Most likely that^ I would say. Just a guess, but it's mega outdated (~8 years) & been known to cause a very wide array of unusual issues over the years. Would certainly be the first thing I would disabled to test anyway. That or any other script that's likely to affect peds in some way.

@mikemoor1 game wasn't designed to be played with mods so you can try disabling your mods temporarily by renaming dinput8.dll to dinput8.bak and see if it fixes your problem.
You might also have a glitched save file which happens with all games. Which is why it's good practice to backup saves with any game in case a glitch occurs. Happened to me on last level, boss fight, of Black Mesa.
My game is fully updated and that mission works fine, although I play the game without mods as I suggested above.
And as @a63nt-5m1th suggested could be old crap mods causing your issue. That's why the first step is to test without mods or you're confident it's the last change you made to the modded game that broke it.
