ADD ON PEDS / Streamed Characters not showing full accessories in-game

Hello. I have added a custom model to my addonpeds library folders. However, there are a pair of glasses and a police hat that are not showing up in-game when customizing the ped, despite the YDD and the YTD files being present in the folder. Any help??
