I installed a police motorcycle but parts are missing
I sent a video of the problem
I want parts to appear on a motorcycle every spawn

You can save the vehicle in Menyoo and then spawn it back with all its parts and fully customized from saved vehicles.
If you know how to script, you can also spawn it complete and customized and persistent.
