OpenIV Not speaking to my folders and vice versa?

Hi guys,
I've just moved all my GTA files, game, openiv, launcher etc over to a new hard drive as i'd ran out of space. All up and running, mods working that were already installed, trainer and menyoo all fine, but when i try add new mods (cars) its not working. I get the 'invalid model' message. OpenIV directory is going to the right folder, it says.
It doesn't seem to be working in conjunction now. When i put a vehicle in the dlc packs folder, it doesn't then send it to OpenIV like it should, and vice versa.
Any idea guys?

Did you add the dlc packs to dlclist.xml in update/update.rpf/common?

@LSPDhighway As in is the dlclist.xml filled with the item list name etc? everything is in there like all the cars i have added before

Have you already installed vehicles? If so, did you add the data of them into vehicles.meta in the dlc? (dlc.rpf/common/data/vehicles.meta)(I think)
