@Enumerator Hello. Some things:
- A topic of this matter, if should, would go to Site-Related Questions & Feedback Forums category, not General Modding Discussion (I have moved it already, see the arrow at the left side of the title).
- I do not know what happened between you and any of the other moderators so I won't talk about it. Still, at the same time I saw you're talking about childish behaviour and that the site/discord seems to be run by immature children. Well, if this were true (guess what, isn't) I can simply tell you that a topic like this does not help you to be in any better level of maturity. A mature person would go DMs and keep whatever happened in DMs and, maybe and if necessary, reach an administrator but never go public to try expose anyone because you had any kind of disagreement with such person actions. That really is a childish behaviour which can be anything but constructive for any of us both (you and the 5Mods community).
- Indeed you have the right to claim the deletion of your data from this or any other site which complies with the respective country laws but you can't take any of us to court if someone else uploads somewhere else the content you've already provided on this site. I mean, you maybe can but it would go nowhere as that's out of our boundaries. We can't control what third parties do with content that has been freely available in the internet, that's your responsibility to go to the third parties sites and do the respective claims against them.
- Lastly, no. We don't have 14 days but 30/31 (a month) (as you mentioned and contradicted yourself in your contact form) to comply with the request to erase your data from our systems.Thank you.
