Changing of Username

I started my GTA5Mods accounts when I was just download/viewing, I now would like to start uploading but want to change my username, rather than make a new account.
Seen it's possible but an Admin needs to do this.*

I'm also trying to upload a banner to my profile, and it keeps repeating:
