[PROP] European licence plate as spawnable prop

I have this idea in my head for about few years so why not share it with someone that can actually know how to make it real. Just like in title, the european sized (comparing to most of car mods) european licence plate that is an add-on prop and has editable texture would be very appreaciated because as addon prop we can place it everywhere, even on cars which does not have plates as extra or got only vanilla san andreas plate. This could be amazing because trainers giving us option to stick these objects everywhere we want.
