Can I add any mods to my PS4? (Not those mod menus for gta 5 online)

I tried looking for tutorial on how to add mods like different cars and stuff but it only comes up with mod menus to mod lobbies online. Its pissing me off

@ItsZaaki_ Unfortunately these mods cannot be installed in console versions.
Because when installing mods you will need things like OpenIV, Script Hook V, Script Hook V .NET and none of them are available for console versions. You have to buy the PC version.
And of course, we don't allow discussions about console modding, so this thread will be locked.
