Infinite loading screen with mods

Hi all, i have a problem with GTA 5, when installing any mod the game stops working normally and i get an infinite loop loading screen
I install all need files (GameConfig, HeapAdjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster, ScriptHookV and others..)
I use only one mod on a car, nothing more

I hope that someone can help me
