GTAV Modding Not Working

Can anyone explain what's going on with Rockstar Launcher? Got the social club error 16 on my downgraded version of GTA 5, I updated the game but now I keep getting stuck on infinite loading screen. There is no updated gameconfig that goes with the latest update so I can't get any addon vehicles. Seems to be a whole bunch of things at once that's affecting the whole mod experience. Does anyone know what's going on or know of a solution?
