mods script dll missions not working

I have a problem, I recently installed the mod Beach Patrol and Drub boat, which are dll script file missions, but the missions are not activated when playing, I have everything installed correctly, even other types of mods work very well, please if I can you help thank you very much sorry for my bad english, i'm from brazil
