How to edit handling.meta of basegame cars?

I'm trying to tune some cars for my server but I don't know where to find the meta files for basegame vehicles.

Not sure if different for server etc, but for normal singleplayer the base game vehicle handling.meta is here:

...\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\handling.meta
