can someone make a tutorial on how to make your own ped?

I would really like to make my own ped mods but i have very little knowledge how. I have watched quechus13 tutorial but whenever i try putting my model back in game it never has any textures nevermind finding the tutorial hard to follow. So i was wondering if someone could please make a start to finish detailed tutorial on how to make your own ped for gta 5?
