[MAP] Grove Street Bridge

Can someone make a HQ Grove Street Bridge with all the correct detail, fits perfectly with the game, all collisions work, traffic both peds and vehicles please.

There is one already but it looks like an abandoned mod. No disrespect to the author but it doesn't blend in properly to the existing map, looks outta place.
