Need help from someone who knows about visual mods for fivem

Hello,
I have a visual mod for fivem that replaces the citizen folder. I was wondering if these files can be put into the mods folder in the fivem application data. The server I play on uses pure mode and only allows mods that can be placed in the fivem mods folder.
