To change my nickname and delete unpublished mods

I contact page support before 8 months and nobody answer back, then again before 2 days i mail support and nobody answer. Is there any admin or mod who i cant contact about my mods, files and etc?

I just got online and been looking for something specific. But I noticed that most post etc are many years old.... I dont know if they gone or its just if there busy somewhere.... I hope you get a respons
