How To Import Clothing Models Into GTA5

After many months of google and Youtube searching, I haven't yet found a tutorial on how to put your own models into the game, since gta uses its own file format. I'm trying to learn how to convert my models into the yft formats for gta5, but I have not figured out how to do so.
so my question is, how do you get blender models into GTA?
if it was easy I'm sure there would be many tutorials, but I cannot find a single one.
