Old Loading screen with the Woman moving infront of the stretched Background image shows up still

For some reason when I load gta 5 The bikini girl loads but with the old loading screen where the character moves to the left or the right while the screen only slowly moves a little but not much. But then Right after that one It goes to a regular screen. Any way I could fix this?
