How to increase Weather Memory Limit? (To add additional weathers)

I want to add a few more new weather types but when done in direct way, unfortunately the game crashing with Memory Error

Therefore the Weather Memory Limit needs to be increased. I checked the gameconfig but couldn't find anything related to the weather or timecycle

Could you please help at least where do I need to look for this.
