[SCRIPT] An update to the Simple Zombies mod

@sollaholla's mod Simple Zombies is a great mod for an apocalypse playthrough of GTA V. However, it's really outdated. For base maps dedicated for this mod, it's pretty much worthless to build a base when you know that the zombies will only spawn inside it.
Since the spawn point of the zombies is relative to the player's position, any area outside of the range of the player but within the walls of the bases would render the walls worthless. I suggest an update with a placeable "safe zone marker" that has adjustable range so that zombies would not spawn inside bases.
An update is very much needed for an awesome mod such as this.
