SWAT Peds don't shoott anymore

Hey, i have a weird glitch with the swat ped (only this one) they dont shoot and just look at me like in first person. i tried to delete the peds from my mods folder, deleted the custom peds, change my weapons.meta but no change ! https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/165031822848294912/1100792137760657508/image.png

Quick update, when i apply the peds to myself i can only shoot in first peson, and in third person i cant have a weapon in my hand
