GTA 5 stuck on story mode loading screen

I installed these mods:
Menyoo
Simple Trainer
Enhanced Native Trainer
OpenInteriors
Scripthook V
Scripthook V.net
gameconfig

Via Open IV mod folder
VisualV
Improvement in Gore

Via Open IV straight onto the game folder:
Euphoria Ragdoll
Realistic Dispatch
Realistic Gun Sound

I installed these mods and it will just load forever when I try to launch single-player.
How should I fix this? pls help..
