3DSMax and GIMS, how can i export .odr files as a .ytd and .ydr
Im trying to learn how modeling works and i did something with 3dsmax and i exported it with gims. It gave me output as a .odr file which is supposed to be.
but when i open the file in openiv it has embedded textures and doesnt really use .ytd so my game crashes.
any idea ?

That's^ not the reason your game is crashing. Embedded textures in a '.ydr' are perfectly fine.
If the file is still in '.odr' format when you access it within OpenIV. That would likely be an issue. It needs to be converted to '.ydr' to be loaded by the game.
If the file is still in '.odr' format within OpenIV:
- Drag & drop the '.odr' from it's Windows Explorer file location into OpenIV window & it should be converted to a '.ydr' automatically.
What was the original file & what did you do to it within 3DS MAX? Send me the edited file & the original unedited one (or give me it's name if it's a vanilla file).
