How to Edit GameConfig.xml

Hello Guys
I have installed the gameconfig limitless the last version and i have installed to many cars so now i think i have reached the limited number cuz i want to add more addons and my game crashes with different dlc so can somebody help me how to edit values to add more dlc number or to add more cars.
If somebody helps me I apriciate that.
