Custom Face Texture Not Showing in Menyoo.

Sp i downloaded a custom face texture mod for a mp female from Amiri Designs,Basic Female Face but for some odd reason i cant get the texture to show up in my menyoo i even followed the instructions in the desc page but still havent had any luck with it showing up. Anyone have any sugg i could use or maybe a little help to help me find out what im doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
