Ship in Scouting the Port mission is trashed and on fire lol

In the mission where Trevor has to take pics of the ship to start the preparations of the Merryweather Heist, the ship is half sunk and on fire, lol.
I couldn't progress the mission because they weren't any guards to photograph, so I just skipped that part, but I was wondering:
- May it be because of a mod? And if so, what mod?
- Would that affectr the heist mission later on?
