What do you mean?
Like ingame or in the model viewer?If in the model viewer, you can't.
All cars are white in the viewer.But ingame, you need to have a "carvariations.meta", which allows the car to have random colors of your choice.
I'll let someone else take over for all the file editing and all that.

@NoedL find a car that spawns with random colors and use its data.
Maybe someone can confirm but I think 156 is designated for random primary.
