Another fix might be the following:

The spawn problem it's in vehicles.meta - <txdRelationships>
Such as <parent>vehicles_race_generic</parent> change to <parent>vehicles_poltax_interior</parent>
It can normal spawnI guess this only applies to people having their game not updated.

@tk0wnz I used the add on method and when i Spawn it by name "16charger" the car wont spawn and the trainer also stops working all the controls are not working of the trainer please help .

@ahmed023 give me email in chat room i will send you dlc pack. You must place it in update/x64/dlcpacks/16charger. And you must replace buffalo2.ytd buffalo2.yft and buffalo2_hi.yft in x64e.rpf

I'm having issues spawning it with the add-on and I really don't wanna replace it I've changed the vehicles meta to all capital letters and still nothing can I asked why is the 69 charger not doing this but this one is
