Police Lights

Hi guys! I wanna start this off by saying recently I have started modding GTA 5. So, this could be a newbie problem but i can't solve it. I've looked everywhere for an answer and can't find one. I downloaded: https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/ford-raptor-sheriff, installed it and it works amazingly. well I started looking at other vechicles on here like https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/offroad-police-tahoe and https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/lapd-unmarked-2016-dodge-charger-pursuit and loved them, but when i downloaded them and installed them the lights are really dim/werid looking and i have no clue whats wrong. Sorry this was so long, better to know everything rather than nothing. Anything helps! Thanks!

What are your PostFX settings set to? Make sure they're set to at least high.
