Lose limbs in explosions/accidents

Hey guys, just wondering how difficult (if not impossible) it would be to make a mod where you can blow arms, legs and heads off (including your own). I think it would add a whole new shock and awe factor to the game. I remember it from one of the old GTAs. It would be awesome to see Trevor in rampage mode minus an arm! Thanks!

@brizz9er Yes! The dismemberment mod for GTA III. It truly would be amazing to see it in GTA V.
