msg.ms issue?

I'm able to install trainers to my GTA 5 but whenever I try add ANY other mod, I get this rsg.ms window (as shown below) and it just never works.
What am I doing wrong? I follow the text tutorials and even video tutorials and follow it step by step and still the same thing happens.

Are you using the mods folder?
