my first attempt at installing a mod having issues

HEY guys first post here for me. I wish to install this mod but not sure how to!

the part where it says to put the mod files i cant find.. GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles
And just drag and drop downloaded files from the rar archive.Do i need to create the path my self?
I have downloaded OPENVI and created that path inside my gta steam folder and used OPENVI to install the mod but it`s not showing ingame.
could someone maybe write a detail guide for me? would be very helpful , thank you

@redmasamune That path is wrong, which doesn't help... saying that, the Steam version might have slightly different named folders, I use the retail version. Let me know if the folder names are different to what I have shown here. The blista files are definitely in this path on my PC.
Do you have a mods folder set up? I will write this presuming that you don't, just ignore what you already know.
Create a mods folder inside your GTAV directory, mine is at M:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods for example.
Inside that mods folder, create an update folder, inside that update folder, create an x64 folder and inside that, a dlcpacks folder.
By this point, you should have Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Copy the file from Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf into the mods\update\ folder.
Copy the patchday1ng folder from Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\ into Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
The path you are now going to use, is Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Like this:
Drag the files from the archive into that path

I have a mods folder yes but how do you set it up not sure what you mean?

it took me a while to type all that and rearrange my mods folder to show just what you needed to see.

m still having problems, im 100% sure I have all the correct paths! and the mod is still not working I must be doing something wrong. How can I post a screen shot of my desktop I can`t find any user tools in the forum to post a picture.

@redmasamune Glad you got it working... sorry I didn't reply sooner, I don't normally come online until 1pm UK time but the F1 qualifying was on, so I'm behind schedule today.
