How to create mods /car/plane/uniform/

Hey, someone could help. The preparation of mods, there are a lot of games (War Thunder Heroes & Generals). In which a lot of vehicles, weapons and clothing as well. However, I do not know how they are used. zmedeler, does not recognize these files, and so on can not be got. Ww2 happy to do some fly-inch guard, tanks, uniforms, and vehicles, but unfortunately, I do not get more.
