New Car Add-ons

Sorry in advanced if this is a question that has already been answered. I am new to modding GTA5 and I am having issues with new car add-ons. It seems like I can only add 4 cars. I have downloaded and installed the 100+ config, but that doesn't seem to do anything. I am at a loss here. The 4 cars that I have installed all work fine.
Again, I am new to the site so please forgive me if this is in another thread.

@mrkashi Have you tried F7YO's gameconfig.xml?

It's the best and the most stable gameconfig IMO.
The gameconfig you are using is outdated.

Does these modds work on ps4? I don't know anything about this I'm new to the game world I seen the site and I wanted to know. Thanks

@Mrperfect502 No. These mods can be installed on PC version only. Don't hijack other people's threads.

@Mrperfect502 Like I said before, yes. Only for PC. They cannot be installed in consoles.
