Just added RVO Rider Mods Blood mod and it CHANGED running and shooting animations, how do I fix it?

The mods works great (the gore and etc), but I DUNNO WHY
1 When I run my chracter runs slows and 'funny' like he was drunk
2 The mod added RECOIL and different animations when FIRING!

WTF? How do I disable those things? I only installed for the gore overhaul

Theres's a way to contact the modder directly? i'm new to installing mods so...
