What is the best Multiplayer Mod for the latest GTA5 Patch?

What is the best GTA 5 Multiplayer Mod which works with the latest GTA5 Version?
I see several MP Mods, but the most Mods are for older GTA5 Versions or the Mods are already discontinued.
Is "GTACoop" compatible with the latest GTA5 Update? And is there any other GTA5 MP Mod that is still alive?

@phildon777 I believe the CO-OP mod is compatible with the latest patch

Tried the GTACoop Mod, it works with the latest Patch and also with Mods, Scripts etc...
But it is totally unplayable, even in 1Gbit LAN it is extreme Laggy and asynchron.
I will try GTAReborn now.
